• Shotacon, lolicon, or anything involving minors in a sexual/mature manner
• Fetishes or kinks involving bodily fluids
• Dubcon, noncon, or any form of SAFailure to adhere to these rules will result in your commission being declined.If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.1. GENERAL TERMSI have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason. This is non-negotiable.What do you get?
• During the process, you will be given a draft of all stages depending on what you ordered – sketch, lineart, flats, and shading. If you ordered a complex background I will also share progress of that as well.
• Full-resolution file of final drawing (typically 3000 x 4000 px) with a watermark. Unmarked version of final drawing will be available upon request.
• All drawings will be posted on my social media watermarked. You will receive the commission with a watermark – if you wish to post the final product on your private social media, you may do so with credit somewhere in the description.2. PAYMENTCurrency accepted is USD ONLY. I do not take any form of cryptocurrency or other payments. Commissions MUST be paid upfront, I will not start your commission until the payment is processed.Payment can be through Artistree OR you can pay with the following options: PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYAs the artist, I am responsible for updating you on any progress that has been made on your commission. While I'm working on your commission, I will contact you via DM to show you any updates, progress, or to ask for review for any changes.The time it takes to finish your commission may vary. The average time is between 3 days to 3 weeks. If anything comes up that will slow or halt progress, you will be notified as soon as possible.Once the piece is finished, you will receive a watermarked version and unmarked version upon request. As stated before, please provide credit if posting to your social media.4. REVISIONSAll revisions must be stated before the lining stage. Once lineart has been started I will not change anything – if you ask for a change after I start lining I will charge you a small fee.As the buyer you are responsible for reviewing any sketches that have been sent to you and noting any changes you want to be made. I will not continue until I receive feedback from the sketch that was sent.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Alix Nunez/vnomsnakes, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself with it everywhere
• Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
• Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves.
• Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do my best to make sure your time is valued and appreciated, and make the time working with me worth it. If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.If there are any problems or questions about my terms, I am more than happy to discuss with you about them and try and find a compromise.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYThe buyer is allowed to request a refund if:
• More than 3 weeks have passed with no update or warning about any halt in progress.
• The money is needed for urgent use (ie bills, food, etc.) or for an emergency.
• If you are getting a refund, I will send the money back to you personally instead of a chargeback. Please do not request a chargeback, I will send the refund as soon as possible.The buyer will NOT get a refund if:
• The piece is halfway through the lineart stage.
• The piece is already finished IF no revisions were discussed prior to lineart.
• The buyer requests a chargeback.
• The buyer requests a refund without reason.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Alix Nunez/vnomsnakes, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions will result in your commission being declined and/or potentially blacklisted from commissioning me again.
